Product Description
Auto leveling device installation and wiring
1 The environment requirements of the Auto leveling device controller installation
（1） It's better mount Controller in the well-ventilated room.
（2） Avoid installing under sunlight, dust, and metal powders .
（3） The mount position must far away from any amyctic and explosive gas.
（4） Please make sure the controller and sensor without any electromagnetic interference and the other electronic instruments are easily influenced by electromagnetic interference.
2 Jacks and sensor installation：
（1） Jacks installation diagram (Unit mm)
Warning:Please install the jacks on the even and hard ground
（2） Sensor installation diagram
1) Before installing the device,please park your vehicle on a horizonal ground.Make sure the sensor be installed near the geometric center of four jacks and reach the horizontal zero degree,then fastened by the screws.
2) Installing the sensor and four jacks like the picture above. Notice:The derection Y+ of the sensor must parallel with the vehicle’s longitudinal centre line;
3.The 7- way plug connector position on the back of the control box
4. Signal lamp instruction Red light on:there are legs haven’t retracted, ban to drive the vehicle. Green light on:the legs are all retracted, can drive the vehicle, no light line short circuit(only for reference).
